At SHAYN, we stand firmly behind the quality of every tool we supply. All SHAYN petrol-powered machines and power tools are protected by our Warranty Care program. When you buy a SHAYN product, you’re covered for manufacturing faults, and you have direct access to our UK support team for technical help, parts, repairs and advice. We aim to keep you up and running, not left waiting.

To unlock the full 3-year cover, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase. If the product is not registered within 30 days, a standard 1-year parts & labour warranty applies.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • 3 Year Warranty when registered in 30 days: Parts & Labour
  • 1 Year Warranty applies if not registered.
  • After 60 days, for 1-year policies, approved claims are offered as store credit.
  • Commercial use: 1-year cover. Hire use: 90-day cover.
  • Customer must follow correct fuel mix, maintenance and safe use.

Keep a copy of your receipt / proof of purchase. You may be asked for photos or the serial number to confirm eligibility.
