Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £5.99 on smaller orders. EU delivery is £14.99. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. UK mainland standard delivery takes 2–3 working days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
SHAYN power tools come with a 3-year warranty when you register within 30 days of purchase: parts and labour in year 1, and parts only in years 2 and 3. If you don't register, a 1-year parts and labour warranty applies.
How do I register?
Use the form on our Warranty Registration page. You'll need your model number, serial number and proof of purchase.
What isn't covered?
Normal wear parts such as chains, bars, spark plugs, air filters and trimmer heads, plus damage from misuse, stale or incorrect fuel, or lack of maintenance.
Using your tools
What fuel do SHAYN petrol tools use?
All our petrol tools have 2-stroke engines, which run on unleaded petrol mixed with 2-stroke oil. Always use the mix ratio given in your product manual. Using the wrong mix or old fuel is the most common cause of starting problems.
My petrol tool won't start. What should I check?
Use fresh fuel mixed at the right ratio, check the choke and primer bulb are set as the manual describes, and make sure the spark plug and air filter are clean. If it still won't start, contact us and we'll help.
Chains & parts
How do I know which chain fits my saw?
You need three numbers: pitch, gauge and the number of drive links. Pitch and gauge are usually stamped on the guide bar near the saw body, and you can count the drive links on your old chain. Our model-specific chain pages list these for popular saws.

Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days for a repair, replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page.
