Shipping policy
We deliver across the UK and to countries in the European Union. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
UK delivery costs

Express delivery is available across the UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands can occasionally take a little longer.
EU delivery
Delivery to the EU costs £14.99 and usually takes 3–6 working days. Orders to the EU may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by your local customs. These are paid by the customer and aren't included in our prices.
All delivery times are estimates and can vary with the courier and busy periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of dispatch, email shayntoolsinfo@gmail.com.
Late, damaged or missing parcels
- If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of the expected date, contact us and we'll chase the courier.
- Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
