Check the fit before ordering

Compare your existing bar with the mounting-end photograph. Match the mounting slot, tensioner hole and oil-feed arrangement, as well as chain pitch, gauge and drive-link count. Bar length or 40 drive links alone does not establish machine compatibility. This listing does not claim that the bar fits every model listed for a 40DL chain.

This is the .050" / 1.3 mm version, not the .043" / 1.1 mm version. The two chain gauges are not interchangeable. A 3/8LP chain is not the same pitch as .325".

If unsure, send clear photos of your existing bar markings, mounting end and chainsaw model before ordering.

Fitting and care

Disconnect the power source before fitting. Follow the machine manufacturer's fitting, tensioning and lubrication instructions. Check chain direction and oil feed before operation.
